Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Dubai: 1–3 business days
Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, or due to courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across the UAE.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
