At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopherewithus7@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Customized or personalized products.

Perishable goods.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method, as cash payments cannot be refunded directly.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
